Oral B Tracking Order Status

Toothbrush is OK but the instructions are not model-specific - identical for all brushes in the io range - and very unhelpful. They don't tell me how to work out what mode I'm in or even if there is a mode indicator. Some of the brush's facilities are not dealt with. I've downloaded the app but Bluetooth won't connect despite restarting the phone. I get the impression this is a good product let down by manufacturer laziness and poor attention to the user experience.

Ich benutze seit mehr als einem Jahr die IO10 und das Putzverhalten der Zahnbürste ist m.E. wohl in Ordnung, aber der Akku ist ein wahre Katastrophe. Das Gerät ist zu 100% geladen und ab einer Entladung auf unter 80% ist sie dann vollständig entladen. Nachdem ich dies beanstandet hatte, hatte man mir mitgeteilt, ich solle die Zahnbürste noch nutzen und gegen Ende der Gewährleistung einsenden. Das Problem ist schon länger bekannt, aber es wird wohl nichts dagegen getan. Ich finde es nicht sonderlich nachhaltig, dass eine Zahnbürste dann vollständig entsorgt wird. Die Qualität eines solchen Akkus ist mangelhaft. Ich finde es absolut kundenunfreundlich, wenn man sein Zahnbürste bei einem bekannten Mangel einsenden muss und dann wohl wochenlang auf einen Ersatz warten muss. Obgleich ich sicherlich seit mehr als 20 Jahren mit einigen Zahnbürsten treuer Kunden gewesen bin, werde ich mir sehr gut überlegen, ob ich die Marke wechseln muss.

Ho avuto un problema con le testine dello spazzolino elettrico e l'assistenza ha dimostrato molto interesse al mio reclamo. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, si nota la serietà e la professionalità.

Nel mio spazzolino oral-b io si era “sganciato” durante un cambio testina il perno in acciaio che la fa muovere e nonostante provassi a reinserirlo non funzionava più. Chiamo il servizio clienti, risponde un ragazzo estremamente cortese che mi spiega nei minimi dettagli come procedere, apre una pratica e mi dà dei nominativi di negozi che si possono occupare del problema. Se non avessi risolto avrei dovuto ricontattarli che ci avrebbero pensato loro. Contatto il primo negozio di Milano la ELCAT (5 stelle anche a loro), porto lo spazzolino che si trattengono e me ne danno uno nuovo (tra l’altro un modello anche meglio del mio. Notare che il mio aveva 4 anni quindi parliamo di una garanzia ormai scaduta da 2 anni!!!!! Sono rimasta veramente stupita dal servizio clienti oral-b oltre che dal rivenditore (che manco l’avevo comperato da loro).
