Ooma Tracking Order Status

As a VoIP provider OOMA has been great, until my credit card information was compromised. I have a company credit card that I never carry around, and is only used to pay OOMA, AT&T and SunPass (FL tolls), yet my credit card information was compromised. That means it was either OOMA, AT&T or SunPass that was hacked, and my bets are on OOMA. Especially after calling in to customer support and being told they do not have a "security department". When I asked, "Then how would you know if you were ever hacked?", the response was, "We wouldn't." That is absolutely crazy and has to be in violation of Visa/MC rules, to maintain an unsecured system that stores credit card information.

We decided to switch to Ooma about 4 years ago. It turned out to be the greatest decision we made. We were relocating and thanks to the VOIP service we were able to keep our phones active even when our phone lines were not set up in our new building. Ooma has a prompt customer service team when needed and they offer a wide range of products for any office/warehouse situation

After switching to T-Mobile wireless internet, I have no landline service. Ooma rep told me to reconnect telo, wait 10 minutes for dialtone. I later contacted a tech for cht. He also had no solution. It seems Ooma doesn't support wireless internet. Techs can't answer the questions so they just try to say something to get you off the phone. I tried to copy the chat directions to Word so that I could follow them exactly, but the info wouldn't paste and was deleted. I'm so frustrated.

My business has been with Ooma for the last 9 years. We've had minimal issues (there was a problem with forwarding at one point that was resolved pretty quickly), and the crucial find me/follow me service we rely on has been solid. The app works well for outbound calling on our cellphones, and I use an analog adapter so I can also keep my trusty old rotary phone in service for the fun of it. and the price is far lower than we paid for our old VoIP provider (Speakeasy).

Have been using Ooma service for over 3 years, much more cost efficient then previous service. More reliable and easy to contact if help is needed..Business has saved much money with Ooma
