We decided to switch to Ooma about 4 years ago. It turned out to be the greatest decision we made. We were relocating and thanks to the VOIP service we were able to keep our phones active even when our phone lines were not set up in our new building. Ooma has a prompt customer service team when needed and they offer a wide range of products for any office/warehouse situation

My business has been with Ooma for the last 9 years. We've had minimal issues (there was a problem with forwarding at one point that was resolved pretty quickly), and the crucial find me/follow me service we rely on has been solid. The app works well for outbound calling on our cellphones, and I use an analog adapter so I can also keep my trusty old rotary phone in service for the fun of it. and the price is far lower than we paid for our old VoIP provider (Speakeasy).

We have used Ooma for our small business for over 15 years. Overview: the service is good for small businesses with limited phone budgets. It is not suited for call center-type businesses where many lines are needed and with "auto-assignment" of inbound calls. Now the details: The reasons we stuck with its service are many: low price, ease of adding extensions, phone functionalities like forwarding, and digital reception, and it is painless to move the lines to new offices. The reason for one less star is, even though the support team tries hard to help when there are issues, there are big gaps in knowledge and experience among the team members.
