Only Oak Furniture Tracking Order Status

We ordered a bed side table at the end of November 2022. It arrived yesterday, May 17 2023. The furniture was good quality and what we wanted. The delivery side was not so good. We had been told it would be middle of March and it was the beginning of May before I called. I was told someone would get back to me which they didn't. I called again and then received an email on 4th May saying it was with a courier and they would contact me by the end of the week to arrange a delivery date. I called on the 17th again and was told someone would deal with it urgently. An hour later I found the box on the doorstep - no arranged delivery and no one had knocked at the door. Fortunately we were home.

Everything was quick and simple. Ordering was easy, delivery time was quick and my furniture was brought to my home and put in the position I wanted it. Excellent service 👍

I purchased an expensive piece of garden furniture and had some questions prior to placing the order. I could not speak directly to the sales team but they did call back after I put a request through the site and the lady I dealt with could not have been more helpful. She contacted the supplier to check details and called me back with that information as she said she would. To add to the experience the courier also delivered a week earlier than expected because they were in my area...
