I purchased an expensive piece of garden furniture and had some questions prior to placing the order. I could not speak directly to the sales team but they did call back after I put a request through the site and the lady I dealt with could not have been more helpful. She contacted the supplier to check details and called me back with that information as she said she would. I made enquiries with a local furniture store regarding a coffee table. I was told there is a fourteen week delivery on the item. I researched and later contacted OnlyOakFurniture and spoke to Claire. She was so helpful and assured me the company could deliver the same coffee table between 5 and 20 days so I ordered it straight away.To my great surprised the coffee table was nearly £100 cheaper than my local store. The delivery was free also unlike my local store who wanted to charge £15 delivery. I was given a further discount for agreeing to be sent details of new products etc. Today I received a delivery date from the courier. The delivery will be within the 20 days as promised. Wonderful accurate service from Claire and OnlyOakFurniture, most impressed.
