When ordering broadband you are automatically signed upto two "free trials" a ~£50 a year virus protection and their premium insurance just incase the broadband wire in your home breaks.... Not easy to cancel and watch out. Classic tactics

Had a very helpful chat with Jamie who gave me loads of information and was very honest and clear with what my options were in relation to my WIFI account

Great service from Megan including an after sales service and offer of after care. Only downside was the long wait to get through and I still haven't had the go live date which should have been a couple of days ago

Elisha was extremely friendly and professional and dealt with my issue when I had expected it to be a problem
