Had a very helpful chat with Jamie who gave me loads of information and was very honest and clear with what my options were in relation to my WIFI account

Great service from Megan including an after sales service and offer of after care. Only downside was the long wait to get through and I still haven't had the go live date which should have been a couple of days ago

Elisha was extremely friendly and professional and dealt with my issue when I had expected it to be a problem

Quite a long time on hold from dialling, but then that’s seems common these days. The customer service person was very friendly and helpful. But I should have checked that I could now login to the web portal because I still can’t!

Once I finally got through the call handler Imogen was super helpful, but I wasn’t happy that I had to wait 20 minutes on hold to get through to someone.
