Great watch but the crown has become defective within 4 years. While this watch is still within the warranty period, I am being told a repaid will take 6-7 months!! This is absolutely atrocious and unacceptable!

After quite a bit of complaining to omega via the boutique, watch returned a month or so late from original date but a few weeks before the newest quoted date of completion. Something tells me that omega queuing system for customers watches needs looking at, going from front of line to the back of the line just because it's waiting for parts is not very fair! That, combined with a lack of watch technicians, makes for a very poor service. Anyway, boutique staff, in hindsight, did the best they could with limited cooperation from Omega. Boutique made good in the end. Original review still stands for overall service received. Luxury watch with a less than budget service! Seamaster been away for a service (£700!!) since July 2022! Expected to be returned 27th December, then 27th January now 1st March 2023! Boutique keep telling me waiting for parts, screen shot of service notes from omega say unable to compete due to lack of technicians! Omega consider it to be acceptable to keep someone's property for over 32 weeks when the original date was an already outrageous 19 weeks! Dates are only every delayed around 3 or 4 days before it is due to be returned! Surely if it's being extended by a month each time, omega have a fair idea it won't be ready for the date they say we'll before they go ahead and update the tracking!! Confidence in the brand has been lost! (Restored somewhat by the boutique) 19 weeks, 27 weeks, 32 weeks!!! At which point does it become theft?? Possibly could be worthwhile advising any potential customers at the local boutique of the absolutely shocking service! Omega, Please don't bother replying with your usual BS about not having anyone to compete work. Have someone look into it and do something about all the complaints on here! The alternative would be to advise your potential new customers at your boutiques of the poor service.

Although a beautiful watch. A ridiculously beautiful time piece. I found my upgraded band with the gold highlights as soft as butter. I can only assume that the top end shop i bought it from has bought an inferior copy from a company other than Omega. I have worn it a week. And i did put it through some un expected hard work... how ever i do have another watch which i have worn for over year every single day. At work.. without barely a single scratch. May i add at 1pc the price tag. I will be going to the head shop in Melbourne to confirm my suspicions and proceed to drag the goldcoast shop over the proverbial coals soon enough.

Omega Seamaster 300 Brand new watch sent back twice in 3 years for the same issue. Extremely disappointed in the brand. 2x16 weeks waiting for my watch to be repaired, if I could get a refund I would take it in a heartbeat. I have no confidence in the watch when the warranty expires. The watch was returned the 1st time with scratches still on. I would of thought as a good will gesture and having the watch for so long that the bracelet would of at least been tidied up. Probably won't purchase another product from them again.

After changing my mind I decided to return my watch, and it was not easy at all. I thought such a big brand name could manage to have a descent after sale service but it was certainly not the case. I had to phone them several times emails them a lot, and I had to organize the return myself. Very disapointing experience. It took me weeks to receive my refund.
