OK Rent a Car ES Tracking Order Status

booked a large SUV (C5 or similar) through Booking.com but OK Mobility (Hamburg airport) gave me an Audi Q2 ! tried to explain to them that I booked a large automatic SUV and I needed all the luggage space, but they refused to supply the requested/booked car. That lady at the counter explained to me that sometimes a miscommunication of car-categories between Booking.com and car-rental happened!

Dear Sir/Madam, Recently, we spent our vacation in Tenerife, for which we had reserved a car through Do You Spain. Upon our arrival on the island and while picking up the car from OK Mobility, unfortunately, it became evident that my partner had lost his driver's license during the journey. This caused some complications, as the car was registered in his name. We assumed that the car could possibly be transferred to my name, given that I fortunately had my driver's license with me. When we inquired at the OK Mobility counter, an employee informed us that they were unable to assist us and advised us to contact Do You Spain. We understood this response, as we had made the car reservation through Do You Spain. However, our conversation with Do You Spain was quite strained and unpleasant. The Do You Spain representative informed us that we had forfeited the entire reservation along with our payment. This reaction left us surprised and disappointed. After a tiring journey, we were eager to reach our destination, which led us reluctantly to book another car with OK Mobility. The fact that OK Mobility collaborates with Do You Spain, an organization that we perceived as treating us very unfriendly towards customers, further intensified our disappointment. This whole situation provided a highly frustrating start to our vacation, which we had been so looking forward to. We had already lost 500 euros even before our vacation had begun, due to having to book a new car for the two weeks we were staying on the island. It is difficult for us to understand why an alternative solution could not be found, especially considering that I had my driver's license with me. We are profoundly disappointed in the service provided by Do You Spain, which we have experienced as misleading, and in OK Mobility, for choosing to collaborate with such a company. I will be sending this letter to both OK Mobility and Do You Spain. I would appreciate a suitable solution for the situation. Arrivato all’aeroporto di Barcellona la loro navetta è’ stata difficile da trovare, una volta giunto al loro centro c’era una fila interminabile mai vista in un’agenzia di noleggio e per saltarla ho dovuto pagare 15 euro aggiuntivi, l’auto che mi hanno dato era diversa da quella prenotata, grande uguale , ma con un motore non adeguato al peso dell’auto con consumi elevatissimi. Una volta restituita con il pieno hanno provato a mettermi in conto dei graffi sul paraurti e solo quando gli ho fatto presente che c’erano già e avevo fatto un video quando ritirata, hanno desistito. Attendo lo sblocco sulla carta dei 1350 Euro..

2 Anmietungen am PMI dieses Jahr - jedes Mal ein ordentliches neuwertiges Auto bekommen. Schäden bei Übernahme mit dem Handy dokumentiert und bei Abhabe mit dem Mitarbeiter besprochen. Geblockter Betrag auf Kreditkarte nach 3 Tagen wieder frei. Es gibt extrem viele schlechte Bewertungen aber wir hatten bisher keine Probleme (ebenfalls bei lite Tarif ohne Versicherung).
