2 Anmietungen am PMI dieses Jahr - jedes Mal ein ordentliches neuwertiges Auto bekommen. Schäden bei Übernahme mit dem Handy dokumentiert und bei Abhabe mit dem Mitarbeiter besprochen. Geblockter Betrag auf Kreditkarte nach 3 Tagen wieder frei. Es gibt extrem viele schlechte Bewertungen aber wir hatten bisher keine Probleme (ebenfalls bei lite Tarif ohne Versicherung).

Teníamos que hacer un cambio de coche por motivos personales y nos trataron genial en atención al cliente dándonos una solución perfecta. Muchas gracias Claudia!!!!. Los centros de atención al cliente tendrían que tener mucha gente como tú!!!.Mi experiencia con OK Mobility ha sido Fantástica!!

First, I have read some of the other reviews and can see how people came to their conclusion. I also note some distressing cases and feel sorry for those affected. Our experience was better than most, however we have used OK Mobility before so know how they operate, we also studied the terms in detail! Firstly, the collection desk is an incredibly hard sell on the insurance, and they do put the fear of God into you. The cars often have more damage than is noted on the sheet, however take photos and inform the desk and that is acceptable to them. We always move the car to a well lit area first to check it over. Our 5 star review is based upon our interaction with the return desk staff, who were reasonable and very helpful. Our security deposit was returned on the day of taking the car back and we would use them again. I'm not defending the poor reviews, it's just that based our experience, and the deal we got, we found them fine.

La verdad es que tras leer tantas críticas no estaba segura que la experiencia fuera a ser buena, pero el precio era el mejor del mercado y por eso hice la reserva. Es cierto que había gente porque así es en esta época pero los chicos de la oficina son muy diligentes y simpáticos así que fue todo muy rápido. Lo mejor, el coche, estupendo, cuidado, limpio, sobre todo nuevo. Está muy bien organizado tanto para recoger el coche como para devolverlo. A la vuelta fue más rápido porque no hay mucho papeleo. Lo recomiendo.
