Nuraphones are hands down the best headphones I have ever owned and their customer support has been top notch.

Well, let me start by saying over the years I have purchased the original Nuraphone, had the nuraloop on preorder and then two pairs of nurabuds. I have also recommended this company to in excess of 4 friends who have all either made purchases or subscribed to their services, as well as promoting them through my instagram (when I had one) to other nomadic music producers. I have been over the moon with the original Nuraphone, using them without problem for maybe 4 or more years now. The nuraloop I pre ordered have never been used simply because they will not, no matter how much I try or which ear bud attachments I use create a seal on my right side. Rendering them completely useless. The Nurabuds are trash, they have both broken in less than a year and cause a really high pitched squealing sound on occasion which is actually quite painful in ear. I emailed Nura to see if they would do anything to assist me in purchasing a new pair with some sort of discount taking into consideration my loyalty to this company over the years and was simply told NO. Now they’ve sold to Denon they are not able to help me in any way and actually suggested putting my faulty nuras on eBay. Not something I’d do as I’d just be stitching someone else up with the same problem. So yer in conclusion, screw you Nura, good original product (nuraphone) but after sales care and support is awful, once they’ve got your money they really don’t care about making sure that the product is well maintained and you’re happy with them.

I recently lost my Nura True earbuds on a run and as a nuranow subscriber, I thought I could get a hassle free replacement, which apparently I can according to the website. I went through all the steps and got an email back saying that they will send me a confirmation email and a dispatch email soon in return for a £40 replacement fee. Now the £40 has been taken out of my account but I am still waiting on a confirmation email or anything at this point after sending several replies. They have been great so far as a product but their support seems to be lacking... *Edit - they have now replied, still waiting on a replacement though

I've finally got some reply from Nura after writing in Trustpilot. I don't know what happens if one does not compliant, they will be left in a limbo. To cut short they decided to replace my faulty unit immediately which was paired and functioned flawlessly. It performed well and i was happy with it. The unique sound mapping is revolutionary. However it doesn't mean service should be compromised especially on a premier priced unit. Hopefully Nura improves under Denon.

Nura True Pro is an amazing product, hands down better than all of my other headphones, some of which cost more than three times the price. Also when I needed a warranty claim their support team was incredible, organised the replacement without any issues.
