Nura – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Nuraphones are hands down the best headphones I have ever owned and their customer support has been top notch.

I've finally got some reply from Nura after writing in Trustpilot. I don't know what happens if one does not compliant, they will be left in a limbo. To cut short they decided to replace my faulty unit immediately which was paired and functioned flawlessly. It performed well and i was happy with it. The unique sound mapping is revolutionary. However it doesn't mean service should be compromised especially on a premier priced unit. Hopefully Nura improves under Denon.

Nura True Pro is an amazing product, hands down better than all of my other headphones, some of which cost more than three times the price. Also when I needed a warranty claim their support team was incredible, organised the replacement without any issues.

New review now. And 4/5 Received the order quickly even being on membership. Nura Loops are a bit big on the ears. Sound quality is quite good. Never ran of of battery yet I think Nura loops 2 needs to be looked Into around same price point. With tweeks Or improve on the loops they have out now. Think updates on the app would be good.

I am a very happy user of NuraTrue Pros. They're just great in every way and the company is awesome too. Their customer service is very nice and helpful. The buds themselves have excellent microphones, great sound quality, deep bass, and the multi point connections are next level. I love this company and this product.
