Noel Leeming Tracking Order Status

I bought a modem from N.L. Dn store. Needed technical assistance to connect to internet provider. The person I talked to, and sorry I can't remember name, had the patience to talk me through the process even though I took ages to get it right. Success after an hours phone call (3.20-4.26 pm). On 17/01/23 I bought an tem on line. What arrived was completely the wrong item. I contacted Noel Leemings a few times, they expected me to drive an hour taking the car ferry to return and exchange the item. Finally I received a reply saying they would send me post paid stickers to return the item. I am still waiting for them to arrive and it has been around two weeks. The service is dread ful specially as it was the stores mistake.

Have always had an excellent experience working with this company. Great, helpful staff that always act with integrity and are more than happy to help with any issue you may have.

Edit review: Were it not for my bad review here at Trust Pilot, I might not have gotten my order sooner. NL replied to my complaint/email here and the following day, 19-12-22 was told my order was ready for pickup. Did I have to give a bad review? Yes, I think so because NL had my order in stock at other NL stores but not in the store where I placed my order. And it still took 10 days to get my order. I would reiterate that I will no longer buy/order any item that's not in stock instead buy/order it from another appliance store like JBHifi or Harvey even if the price is steeper. But be wary of ALL those stores because they keep changing their prices and overpriced especially Harvey Norman. Same item I bought from NL is $200 more expensive at Harvey Norman. Shop around online.

I recently had a visit from a tech from Noel Leemings Tech solutions... he is the best tech I have had from Tech solutions and totally trustworthy with the obvious skills that help you to know he knows what he is talking about. My wifi on fibre was dropping out and it was the fault of a Vodafone Router!! So many thanks Sam Mac for making my dday and instead of Vodafone blaming the TV it was their equipment. Really great guy!
