I recently had a visit from a tech from Noel Leemings Tech solutions... he is the best tech I have had from Tech solutions and totally trustworthy with the obvious skills that help you to know he knows what he is talking about. My wifi on fibre was dropping out and it was the fault of a Vodafone Router!! So many thanks Sam Mac for making my dday and instead of Vodafone blaming the TV it was their equipment. Really great guy!

I purchased a Panasonic micro wave at the Porirua Store on the 12/3/2022.yesterday the 11/7/2022 the machine made some horrendous noise as well as giving a small lightening display.Today 12/7/2022 i took the deceased machine back to the Porirua store and was helped by one Mr.N.Kulugammana who was extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful and after contacting Panasonic NZ i walked out of the store with a new replacement microwave.This is what i call going the extra mile with exceptional service. Some months ago I purchased a Galaxy smartwatch4 from the Masterton branch. I was extremely disilusioned with it so yesterday took it back to see if they would change it. The young lady who served me was most understanding and extremely helpful. She suggested it could be in the setting up and her and another young lady set to and rectified the problem. If there was an award for outstanding service for knowledge and consideration the two of them in my opinion would win it hands down. THank you Tip. If cycling and the screen is asleep bump screen with your chin and that will activate it.
