My Nintendo Store Tracking Order Status

I had to memorize a whole bible chapter for my dad in order to get my first console when i did we went to the shop and i had to choose between PS4 and a Nintendo Switch, i picked switch, and i do not regret it, having a 1100 hours with Breatho of th Wild with my 2 sisters is irreplacable, considered that im from a country most of u do not know thats something. SEEING THE 1.4 RATING I HAD TO COME THROUGH FOR MY FIRST AND FRVR CONSOLE LOVE. And i recently found my Super Mario Odessey cars (my first game, 1700hrs)

Had to send my son’s Switch back to Nintendo cause the controls wasn’t connecting to the Switch. Contact Customer Support online and they arrange collection just under a week it’s back and working perfectly. Thanks Nintendo

Sent my oled switch dock to get fixed and it was done within a week and a half or 2. My dock just stopped working and it was out of warranty and I had to pay - which I fully expected and okay with. It costed £45 and as they could not repair, they sent me a replacement - I received today and it is now working fine. It was quick and I had no problems... I was abit anxious due to so many bad reviews, however I did not want to go to some random repair place. All went well and I would use again. Thank you Nintendo.

Ordered brand new switch oled and said available then they told me its not in stock so i cancelled the order two weeks ago and still no confirmation of refund?? ive already ordered and received another switch from a different store! Got the refund in the end but took too long for what should have been 3-5 days was nearly 3 weeks of waiting for my money back
