newfrog.com Tracking Order Status

I know there has been a lot of bad reviews for newfrog but I have to give them 5 stars. The delivery only took 11 days and when my order came it was in good condition also I could track my order everyday. Brilliant thankyou.

I've been ordering for many years and everything always arrived, sometimes slow but coming from China I expect that. Some items such as head lights have worked but a few of them have repeatedly drained batteries when switched off (faulty). Most lights have been bright and cheaper than other suppliers. Other items have worked as described but I never expected any after sales service. Recently, I bought a 32GB memory card and was supplied but the card was found upon first use to be infected with Malware, win32.Virtob.Gen.12 which is a back door Trojan, happily my security software found and deleted it but unless your PC is in tip top condition and has excellent security don't purchase these.

The camera was a camcorder it was plastic, faulty and glitched a lot, it works but freezers when I zoom in and out and does not have good graphics. So I asked for a refund on the first day I got it, they responded once a day over 5 day period but got my answer and I wanted a full refund so they gave me my money back and got to keep that camera : ) This is why I gave it a 3/5 star rating.

Compre el día 31 de diciembre una pantalla extraible para coche y no me llego ni correo de confirmación de la cuenta ni nada pero el cobro en mi cuenta esta hecho. Quiero ponerme en contacto con newfrog pero no se como. Podéis ayudarme? No se ni cuando me llegará ni el número de seguimiento del pedido.

Materiali di scarsa qualità. Ho acquistato un quadro a punto diamante: la colla del cannovaccio non attacca, al contrario le perline sono tutte attaccate tra di loro e mi tocca staccarle con le forbici. Non comprerò mai più da loro.
