I know there has been a lot of bad reviews for newfrog but I have to give them 5 stars. The delivery only took 11 days and when my order came it was in good condition also I could track my order everyday. Brilliant thankyou.

Had een warmtebeeld camera gekocht, vrij vlot geleverd, ik was niet tevreden over de kwaliteit want die viel wat tegen, kreeg een aanbod voor een refund van de helft van de prijs...toch netjes....dus goede service en klantvriendelijk en erg snelle levering binnen 7 dagen.

I've placed several orders without any problems at all. Was really surprised to see all these people whining about them here so the last order I spent two more dollars for tracking. Everything still went without a problem. I started buying from them on eBay as Careforyou or something. Newfrog is a cool name. They should just use that. Will buy from them again.

Products received as ordered. One order was faulty , I ordered the wrong product(see my review in Newfrog).. Maybe a little criticism: they could have given a little more info on the product.. ... But My experience was good. Will buy from them again.

I've found you to very good with everything with the exception of one, but overall I love the merchandise.
