Great product. Order arrived about 7 days from order. Order confirmation mentioned shipping might be delayed so expeceted it to take a while

The reviews here are suspicious. Shipping was fast and the fitted Memphis Grizzlies cap was high quality and perfect. I don’t know why the bad reviews, but don’t believe them. I’m happy with my New Era Caps purchase.

The hats are nice, I'll give them that. But if something happens where you want to exchange, forget it. You have to return and re-order losing whatever discounts or free shipping you originally received. Also, the return process is terrible. Returning is pretty easy, getting the refund takes way too long. It took almost 3 weeks for my refund to post to my account after they received the merchandise. Then there is no customer service to speak of. You can't speak to anyone and the only form of communication is the "help" button or email. Then you get a canned response saying you have to wait for an actual response. Then the actual response is also a scripted/canned response that doesn't actually answer your questions and basically just told me to wait longer for my refund. I am still waiting on a 2nd refund. We are at 10 business days for this refund and all I can do is wait and hope since there is no one I can actually contact about it. The hats are nice, but they are too expensive for this lack of customer service. Do better.

The only reason I'm leaving a bad review is because of FedEx. I've never had any problems with the ordering process or the quality of hats from New Era, but I have never had a good experience with FedEx. Out of all of the items I have ordered (not just from New Era) that were shipped through FedEx, maybe one was delivered on time. Personal opinion if New Era would switch to UPS, I think the experience would be much better. As it is now I will only order directly from them to get exclusive designs. I'd rather go through Fanatics or one of their various other websites.

Love your hats but your shipping is garbage. Ordered June 27th, estimated delivery July 5, received July 10th. If I’m spending over $100 bucks on hats, knees to chest!
