The reviews here are suspicious. Shipping was fast and the fitted Memphis Grizzlies cap was high quality and perfect. I don’t know why the bad reviews, but don’t believe them. I’m happy with my New Era Caps purchase.

I've ordered so many hats from New Era that I've lost count. I've always had a positive customer experience where every hat was shipped promptly, including tracking. I typically l receive my orders within a couple of days. All have been accurate, too. I find their sales to be the best time to purchase a hat because of the great deals offered! The quality of their hats is excellent in both fitted and snapback styles. My biggest complaints are sizes for different sports leagues can run different, for example, minor league baseball hats run smaller, especially the 7 1/8. I also wish they stock better for minor league teams. I will continue to purchase hats from New Era and pick up the New Era brand from Lids and other stores.

After reading reviews I was bit concerned but hat was good quality and delivery within 5 days. Will definitely order again
