Nanoleaf Tracking Order Status

It is the best product.

Bought these on the back of them being compatible with Denon DJ products but they do not work with their separates ie mixers and media players. Some of this is down to Denon as well but Nanoleaf just have not been very helpful. Tried to return but they just ignored me. They're a great product but one of them is still sat in the box. Hugely disappointed in the overall experience as these are not cheap and you don't market it on the back of something for that not to work!

i have the nanoleaf light panels hexagon, they work fine, but if ever i turn them off using the lightswitch instead of the controller they just completely break, this is an issue i have had multiple times and the only things Nanoleaf has done is send me a new controller, they give no reason as to why this is happening and does not help fix it either

Had a fault with the control panel on my shapes. Customer service promptly ordered me a replacement which has arrived and works great. Thanks.

Nu inmiddels 5 jaar in huis. Controller defect, 1 support mail en binnen een week gratis vervangende controller. En dat terwijl apparaat meer dan 2 jaar oud s, top service!
