Nu inmiddels 5 jaar in huis. Controller defect, 1 support mail en binnen een week gratis vervangende controller. En dat terwijl apparaat meer dan 2 jaar oud s, top service!

This is less about the product and more about the service from this company. Had an issue with a control module. Turns out they had found a flaw in the design and were issuing new ones for free. Fully expecting to wait 3 months to get a new one and it turns up less than a week later. Lights are all up and working again, no issues setting it up and integrated back into my others perfectly. As far as customer satisfaction goes with their service i am over the moon and thought they deserved praise for that!

This was by far the best customer support I have experienced. I had problems with my Nanoleaf Shapes controller and after contacting them with responses from them in under 1 hour, they have sent me new one. Thanks
