They inflate the price of the actual goods even though the package contains the original invoice. this means you are stuck paying massive duties as they refuse to change the value unless you pay additional fees.

MyUS automatically charges my Paypal account for shipment fees without giving a chance to review what they are going to charge. I have had several rude shocks when I have seen the amounts they have charged AFTER they have charged my account. The latest shipment they valued at more than double what I actually paid for the goods being shipped which attracted more than doubel the amount of fees and taxes. This is dishonest on their part! I have contacted them to query this value and the amount they have charged and can only hope they will review the amount and refund me for the excess amount!

I’ve used this company for a couple of years now and over the last 6 months everything (and I mean everything from matching invoices to parcels, to actually getting items shipped from your box) has become an absolute headache. I changed my address, which is now listed as my default address for U.K. shipping but the site is now telling me I cannot ship my items because I don’t have a default address assigned. They also now require additional invoices sent to them to document every item price (they have these to hand, as they arrive in my boxes!) and these are being rejected as I don’t have enough detail to match every box sitting in my suite (some parcels have picture taken, some do not). Days later I’m still awaiting any response to my emails/social media messages and they are now nicely starting to charge me to continue storing my items in the locker - convenient! The app and site do not allow you to upload more than one file/screenshot per parcel, so I have to go on to my laptop, download my emails from suppliers, turn them into PDF or jpeg files and attach them in one - how handy!! Truly becoming more hassle than it’s worth, I likely won’t do this again once I finally manage to get a response from them and get my items out my locker.

David needs a promotion!!! Give that man the title of Team Manager of customer service already. Wow it took him minutes to fix an issue I had for days I could not create a shipping request over 10 customer service reps and none could do it, then after hours of chatting with 1 lady issue was not resolved I gave up. I figured try one more time and I got David, I could not believe how fast and professional and patient he was to fix my issue, that is just unreal!! If I ever become a millionaire, let me take David with me I will personally buy him out ! Yes I am raving because he is incredible!

Big thanks to my man Roger for another solid customer service experience!!! very friendly and fast, I was a bit worried about a package but roger assured me package was received and only take a day to submit into my suite and I will be notified via email!!
