David needs a promotion!!! Give that man the title of Team Manager of customer service already. Wow it took him minutes to fix an issue I had for days I could not create a shipping request over 10 customer service reps and none could do it, then after hours of chatting with 1 lady issue was not resolved I gave up. I figured try one more time and I got David, I could not believe how fast and professional and patient he was to fix my issue, that is just unreal!! If I ever become a millionaire, let me take David with me I will personally buy him out ! Yes I am raving because he is incredible!

This was the first time I have used a service like this and MyUS made me feel at ease. I got items shipped from US to UK and the process was really straightforward. They give you a U.S. postal address to send your shopping to. Then they send you an email to say when they have received your order. Along the way they’ll continue to give you updates. The online portal is very straight forward too. At the final stage, when your order is ready to shop, you will have the option to pay for customs/import fees if this is necessary for the country you are shipping too (in my case it was). This saved me time so i didn’t have to pay in the UK before the carrier could deliver it to me. Extra packaging and “fragile” stickers when ready to ship are available at a small cost. Also pictures upon delivery to MyUS are also available at a cost. The customer service team were very helpful and responded on WhatsApp within seconds on numerous occasions. Overall I was really happy with the entire process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. I hope this review helps other people feel at ease deciding to use MyUS as I would’ve liked to have read a similar review when finding a U.S. postal address company.

It was my first time using the services of MyUS. I ordered a product of Michaels (via Walmart) to get it delivered to my home address in the Netherlands. In case you are interested, the dimensions of the package was 31 x 8 x 8 (inch) and weight around 7 lbs. The shipping to the Netherlands was around 55$ including insurance via DHL Express. This is a very good price! I ordered the exact same product and shipped it via Shippn and they charged 140$ for the same product. MyUS does NOT use dimensional weight and Shippn does. MyUS is a very good company if you want to order several products and send it in one package. They do also make photo's of the product so you can see that they really got it. Of course, the down side of importing are the duty fee's. But this is not something that is MyUS their fault. It was a great experience for me.

I’ve used MyUS 2 times now and I had zero issues with them . From my experience I would highly recommend these guys and plus I have a business account with them that I pay $10 a month for which does give me better shipping prices in my opinion
