MyHeritage Tracking Order Status

Person assisting knew his computer work well and helped resolve problem in short time frame. All good situation resolved.

My representative was very cheerful, very well informed, eager to give me opportunities to save money, and worked in a timely manner. He represents myheritage extremely well.

Het heeft iets te lang geduurd eer ik telefonisch antwoord kreeg. Al hoewel dit voor mij niet zo erg was. De vragen die ik had , zijn vriendelijk en correct beantwiord en ik ontving een e-mail , om het probleem met een stappenplan op te lossen. Alles is nu oké !

The lady that helped me stayed on the phone and made sure I could find things, do things and understand things until I was finished. She was so very kind and helpful--thank you!!!

I used MyHeritage for a while - but developed an eye condition which has made research less enjoyable, so have pretty much stopped. I unfortunately forgot to cancel the automatic renewal and a week ago found they had, without any prior alert, taken £229 out of my account (I find most companies send a reminder a week or so ahead of time). As I don’t use the product, and can’t afford the cost of renewal anyway, I sought a refund. The best they could offer was a £45 reduction which they will pay back within seven days. So I am, partially due to my own forgetfulness, £170 out of pocket for a product I don’t want and can’t really use. Prior to writing this negative review I sent an email to MyHeritage (three days ago) to give them an opportunity to reconsider. I have not received a reply. I have obviously cancelled the renewal that would have happened next year.
