I purchased a MyHeritage DNA kit and it was stored away due to a move. It is now three years later, I recently located the kit and it was still packaged. I contacted MyHeritage customer service line and pressed the option for sales and Giovanni answered. I wasn't sure if I could use the kit or need to receive a replacement. Thank you, Giovanni, for your professional customer service. You were courteous, kind, and very polite. You listened to my concern and addressed it. You checked to see if I had an account and you instructed me on how to proceed.
