As Long As They Do A Better Job in the Future and They Don't Package Guitars Like That Then For Now My Ruling is 5 Stars They Have a Quick to Respond Chat on the Site and They Have 8% Cash Back Many Have Reviewed They Didnt Get Anything I Thought So Too But it's the Way They Write it On The Check Out That Makes it Seem That Way But I Actually Did Get and Received The Cash Back Credit and Other then the Stand Everything Else Has Been Packaged Nicely and When I Needed to Cancel or Return They Don't Say Sorry No Way Not Gonna Happen But they Actually Do Cancel or Let Me Return They Really Are Friendly People

To update you on my Studiologic SL88 Keyboard. I did receive the power supply you sent, however, it had the incorrect polarity ie (negative center should have been a positive center). As I expressed during our phone call, the shipment was very poorly packed with a single layer of bubble wrap inside card-board guitar box. As it turns out, the keyboard will power up with the USB connector alone. Problems experienced: I found 8 of the white keys and 6 of the black keys had dislocated and had to be reset. Initial power on resulted in the HID display turning on but the keys would not send any midi data. On further inspection found the electrical connector attached to the main motherboard was disconnected so I reattached it. The small ribbon connectors going the keys after-touch was also disconnected and so I reattached this. The metal case has a moderate size dent at the back left corner. So my purchase of a used but in Excellent condition keyboard turned into a fiasco. The keyboard is now in working order. Most customers are not service techs and would have been unable to repair this as I have. All could have been avoided if my shipment had been properly packed and shipped.

Made 3 purchases in the past year and the 1st 2 were flawless. However the last one was bad, they sent me an open boxed Maschine Plus ( suppose to be new) that had the serial already registered so I had a 1400 dollar paper weight on my desk. They told me I could take it to the nearest Guitar Center for a full refund which I did and they settled with me.. So just beware some things are getting sold as new when they are not.

Previously, based only on my experience dealing with MF and GC in the past, I gave it a 5 star rating. However, it does seem that based on the many negative reviews out there, that I may just have been lucky to that point. Recently (today, March 23, 2022) I tried a chat with MF to ask about a Squier Classic Vibe that had a $92.00 in cart special offer price reduction. It was advertised as "In stock and ready to ship." I wanted to know if it was a demo model, or open box. The promo price made me a little cautious. After 4 attempts, finally got an agent. She never did address if the "In stock..." was a demo or open box, but told me: Here's the deal, we're expecting a lot of these to come in on the 30th, and if you buy it now, you'll get a brand new one at the reduced price. I then asked: Ok, so the in stock one IS a demo or open box, then? At that point, the chat stopped abruptly. So, not being Sherlock Holmes, I deduced that had I not asked that question, I either would have received a demo or returned open box model, or would have been informed then and only then, that I'd have to wait until at least the 30th to have a guitar shipped. Somewhat deceptive practice, I'd say. I'm giving it 2 stars, rather reluctantly, because I may have gotten a $460.00 dollar guitar for a lot less. But frankly, because of how the whole scenario unfolded, I'm not taking any chances! Will take my hard earned money elsewhere.
