As Long As They Do A Better Job in the Future and They Don't Package Guitars Like That Then For Now My Ruling is 5 Stars They Have a Quick to Respond Chat on the Site and They Have 8% Cash Back Many Have Reviewed They Didnt Get Anything I Thought So Too But it's the Way They Write it On The Check Out That Makes it Seem That Way But I Actually Did Get and Received The Cash Back Credit and Other then the Stand Everything Else Has Been Packaged Nicely and When I Needed to Cancel or Return They Don't Say Sorry No Way Not Gonna Happen But they Actually Do Cancel or Let Me Return They Really Are Friendly People

Please read my review dated March 23, 2022. Updated review. Maybe I was just lucky, but I ordered a Mitchell MS450, and a Squier Bullet from GC. Both were ordered at different times - about 6 months apart - and arrived with the MF name on the label. One was ordered in mid 2021, the other in early 2022. The former came a day sooner than expected, the latter came on promised date. Hundreds of negative reviews can't be wrong, and maybe I just flat out lucked out on my orders. Thinking of ordering another MS450, but frankly, seeing all these negative reviews has me rethinking!

I purchased the Allora ATS-450 Vienna Series Tenor Saxophone Lacquer Keys as a birthday gift for my boyfriend on January 2 with free shipping. It arrived on January 4! We opened the box and was so impressed with this beauty! I had this sax in my cart with a discount code applied but by the time I pulled the trigger, it had expired. I was hesitant due to recent reviews I had read and it was a substantial purchase. The person I spoke to was understanding and assured me all would be well and for those who are hesitant too, Covid has shaken all industries with supply issues, personnell issues, everyone working so hard and short staffed, things happen especially in this climate and no industry is immune to these facts. I placed my order over the phone and this person was trustworthy, knowledeable, friendly, professional and went the extra mile to help me get closer to my budget. In addition he assured me that I would be happy with my purchase and he was SO right! The smile on my boyfriends face when he opened this gift was priceless and the hours and hours to come of him playing and me listening to him play, will be even more priceless! I recently purchased SD (Seymour Duncan) Invader pickups from Musician's Friend and I thought they sent me a bad set (no reading from the neck pickup). So I had them send me a replacement and I thought they sent me the exact same set so I put them on blast. BUT it turns out that SD puts a capacitor on the Invader neck pickup and as a result your multimeter will not get a reading. The pickups work just fine and Musician's Friend did not make a mistake. I've been using them since 2009 and they've been great.
