Moshi Tracking Order Status

I've been dealing with the customer support to help me for weeks and seems like they gave up on responding to me and my still existing problems with their product!

Integra USB-C to lightning charge cable is amazing. They save me from replacing iPhone connectors every half year, also it's legendary to have a 10-year warranty that shows their pride&commitment in their brand.

Moshi in Cheadle Staffordshire Amazing the staff are first rate polite the store is clean and bright it was good before the new Staff took over but its even better now. I had the Chicken salad with a skinny latte, the salad was amazing super fresh and couldn't ask for better. The are a a credit to the company keep up the good work

A redesign of the codex case for MacBook Pro has undergone design change which has meant the case is not fit for purpose as it doesn’t open fully and is too big for the slimline MacBook Pro . A real disappointment was fuelled to frustration when customer service refused to pay for return postage. Still have not received the refund on a return two months ago even though The tracked parcel was delivered.

1. The product I bought, a USB-C multi adaptor was a premium priced product, a treat to go with my new lap top, unfortunately it was not fit for purpose, it didn't work with many of my devices. (instead I bought three small adaptors elsewhere for £3.99 which work perfectly) 2. When I complained I was told I could only have a voucher as it was too late, after 3 months, so much for a 12 month guarantee. 3. I returned the product (which cost me over £10 recorded delivery) 4. Even though I had a full receipt and a record for delivery they still couldn't find my return!! 5. Eventually I found something I could use my £55 voucher for: a portable charger. 6. This charger works but I consider it a completely over designed cumbersome product, definitely a question of "form over function!!!" you can get far more discreet and more powerful chargers for a quarter of the price!!! Altogether a very unsatisfactory, long winded process and expensive experience, for little reward.
