Moshi – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I've been dealing with the customer support to help me for weeks and seems like they gave up on responding to me and my still existing problems with their product!

I ordered a RC aircraft kit on the 6th of February 2021 - after a month write an email asking where my package was. "Be patient package in England customs". Wrote approx ever 2 weeks or so and got the same reply. Sometimes they added that their PO had contacted ours and be patient a bit longer. After 10 weeks I had had enough and lodged a complaint through Paypal. On the very same day, Paypal contacted me to say they had found in my favour and I was being reimbursed my money. There was no package. They fob you off hoping you will just forget it and they keep the money. Paypal found in my favour in less than I hour and no proof I had contacted Moshi. (I had it ready to send to PayPal) DONT deal with them, SCAM.
