MorningSave Tracking Order Status

I agree with one of the reviewers about MorningSave. I have had issues with four of the products ordered through them. Even if the item stopped working under normal use, MS doesn't seem to care! Two of the products are under a lifetime warranty due to defects, etc. but I cannot seem to get an answer from the product's customer service team after reaching out to them three times over three months! I believe MS is deliberately selling defective products and hoping that the warranty runs out before the customer notices it for a return and refund. I will be notifying my CC company of this trend and the BBB!

The CapeHeated Blanket, Cape & Pillow may not work because one of the connecting points seems to not fit and hangs halfway out.  IMPORTANT:  The reply from Morning save today is incorrect. Please see below You do have phone support!  My first call instructed me to leave my name, contact info, and I think date and maybe with the problem. It did then advise that someone would be in contact with me.  I didn't hear from anyone and so I went back and went through the forms and entered something there. I just want 1/2 of my money back. I still have the unused Cape, box it came in, AND the outer box. Please help me get this resolved very soon. While the product was totally fine, Morning Star has not stopped hitting up my Visa card for the monthly payments after it was paid in full. I have now blocked further payments on my card but not sure how to get a refund on over payments. I don't want to download their app to do this. I did call and left a message & am waiting for response. Thank you

While regrettable that I had an issue with that I ordered, CJ was very helpful when I reported my issue. Responses were quick and the resolution was simple. Knowing that support is this solid makes me comfortable with ordering again
