The CapeHeated Blanket, Cape & Pillow may not work because one of the connecting points seems to not fit and hangs halfway out. IMPORTANT: The reply from Morning save today is incorrect. Please see below You do have phone support! My first call instructed me to leave my name, contact info, and I think date and maybe with the problem. It did then advise that someone would be in contact with me. I didn't hear from anyone and so I went back and went through the forms and entered something there. I just want 1/2 of my money back. I still have the unused Cape, box it came in, AND the outer box. Please help me get this resolved very soon. While regrettable that I had an issue with that I ordered, CJ was very helpful when I reported my issue. Responses were quick and the resolution was simple. Knowing that support is this solid makes me comfortable with ordering again

I order from morning save pretty frequently and have only had an issue with one order ever. I wrote into customer support for assistance and Angela was so helpful and polite, I really appreciated the help and love being a customer! Thank you!

I write a review a few weeks ago complaining about the purchase of a drapery/furniture/ pet floor vacuum that I accidentally purchased. They would accept the return but I had to pay for the shipping (a sad fact about MorningSave). The shipping was half the cost of the vacuum. I explained this to them so they offered to share (more than four times my cost) the return shipping. This is way above and beyond what they were required to provide. Very happy now and will continue purchasing from them. Just need to be more aware of exactly what I need!
