Besides the long waiting for the article’s availability (which was transparent) I had an awesome experience with the customer support. My orderd powerbank wasn’t satisfactory to me. The support answers were really quick and they really wanted to understand the issue and fix it. They even reviewed videos I sent them. The issue could not be fixed but they offered a very customer centric solution.

Scam, never receive my order, no reply even I contacted their support.

Awesome product Pictured is just one way I use the MOFT stand. I also teach online yoga and it’s great for use in the stand up setting to get all of me in the frame. Love the portability and the multiple levels.
