Besides the long waiting for the article’s availability (which was transparent) I had an awesome experience with the customer support. My orderd powerbank wasn’t satisfactory to me. The support answers were really quick and they really wanted to understand the issue and fix it. They even reviewed videos I sent them. The issue could not be fixed but they offered a very customer centric solution.

Awesome product Pictured is just one way I use the MOFT stand. I also teach online yoga and it’s great for use in the stand up setting to get all of me in the frame. Love the portability and the multiple levels.

Just perfect I am in Australia and it took quite some time to arrived anyway... i love This product, very fonctional, it is on my phone for more than a month and it is still like new (picture taken today) The stand is very stable on a flat spot de on both sides The magnet is strong enough to be secure
