Mimeo Photos Tracking Order Status

Recently ordered a photo book and I love it! It arrived earlier than expected, packed properly, and looked great overall. Customer service is also good with a prompt reply to a query I made about delivery. The only thing that didn't go well is the delivery instructions I made was not followed by UPS (maybe UPS has a standard way of delivering things and won't follow delivery instructions -- it was just about where to put the parcel). But Mimeo products are great and I recommend trying it out.

I really LOVE using the Mimeo app on my Macbook pro. But, I am disappointed with the printing. I was a longstanding customer of Apple printed books and when they stopped printing these, I started using an app, which was eventually bought by Mimeo. But, the book printing quality is not even close to the older Apple books - which were done by RR Donnelly. (I have researched it) Mimeo would be perfect if they printed the same quality books as Apple previously did. I have two books side by side on the table in front of me - one Apple printed and another Mimeo printed. The difference is quite dramatic. Mimeo, please consider printing books through RR Donnelly.....

EDIT: The customer support team, and the CEO of Mimeo photos reached out to me to discuss this. He was very helpful and reprinted my book from another facility. It seems that my experience was a one off, and the replacement book has met my expectations. I still consider the book to be too expensive, but at least the quality of the product received is now up to standard. Original review: Very poor quality hardcover. It's barely "hard", the cover is quite soft. Additionally the photos themselves are of poor print quality, the pages are poor quality, and there is left over chemical residue and manufacturing on the book. Very disappointed.

High quality prints and the customization is the best among competitors. Try the design app -- I order many printed products from all the typical companies and Mimeo's is the best. It also prints true to the proof, unlike what we've experienced with others. And the customer service is terrific!

Mehul was amazing. I had difficulty at every turn... I am not very technological, and the project I was trying to create was word-based with LOTS of text. It was very difficult for me, but Mehul persevered to understand what I was trying to do. He had the patience of Job, and reassured me when I panicked, thinking all my efforts had been in vain. I definitely would not have the beautiful final product without his guidance and interventions.
