Mimeo Photos – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

EDIT: The customer support team, and the CEO of Mimeo photos reached out to me to discuss this. He was very helpful and reprinted my book from another facility. It seems that my experience was a one off, and the replacement book has met my expectations. I still consider the book to be too expensive, but at least the quality of the product received is now up to standard. Original review: Very poor quality hardcover. It's barely "hard", the cover is quite soft. Additionally the photos themselves are of poor print quality, the pages are poor quality, and there is left over chemical residue and manufacturing on the book. Very disappointed.

A seguito delle review del 19/12, sono stata contattata dal servizio clienti che - dopo essersi debitamente informato sulla mia lamentela - ha provveduto a propormi più di una soluzione per rispondere alle mie esigenze. Ho scelto la ristampa ottenendo una qualità fotografica decisamente migliore della precedente, seppur il formato 'quadrato con copertina morbida' ritengo abbia un rapporto costo/risultato elevato. Le persone però fanno la differenza: complimenti al servizio clienti puntuale, attento e risolutore!! L'attenzione ricevuta mi ha convinta a creare un nuovo fotolibro con copertina rigida, 38 pagine e formato A4 al costo di 67€. Questo è un bel prodotto. ____________________________________________ Recensione originale del 19/12/2024 Ho usato Mimeo varie volte per creare fotolibri con copertina rigida (l’ultima a maggio 2024) e, a parte le spese di spedizione che sono esagerate mi ero trovata bene. Per un ‘presente’ di natale ho scelto il formato ‘Libro fotografico con copertina morbida’ che ho pagato Subtotale 34,99 € Spedizione 12,39 € Stimato VAT 10,42 € Totale ordine 57,80 Arrivato oggi: prodotto pessimo, con foto sgranate e una grammatura della carta improbabile. Mi vergogno a regalarlo. Sconsiglio caldamente questo formato

High quality prints and the customization is the best among competitors. Try the design app -- I order many printed products from all the typical companies and Mimeo's is the best. It also prints true to the proof, unlike what we've experienced with others. And the customer service is terrific!

Mehul was amazing. I had difficulty at every turn... I am not very technological, and the project I was trying to create was word-based with LOTS of text. It was very difficult for me, but Mehul persevered to understand what I was trying to do. He had the patience of Job, and reassured me when I panicked, thinking all my efforts had been in vain. I definitely would not have the beautiful final product without his guidance and interventions.

Ho ordinato vari fotolibri, con copertina rigida e sovracopertina, nel corso degli anni e posso dire che il prodotto è ottimo. Non ho dato il massimo nella mia valutazione perchè trovo il costo molto alto ma soprattutto il costo di spedizione elevatissimo. Per abbattere i costi di spedizione si potrebbe ovviare ordinando più di un fotolibro in un'unica spedizione ma il sistema consente solo di ordinare più copie dello stesso libro e non di libri diversi. Peccato. P.S. ho nel carrello un nuovo fotolibro e noto che i costi di spedizione sono ulteriormente aumentati. Aspetterò una nuova promozione per effettuare l'ordine.
