Millie's Cookies Tracking Order Status

Hi, the cookie was delivered on the correct day, and teh quality is good. However, we have received the cookie in damaged condition, which totally ruined the celebratory event. Not happy about it. We paid extra for the delivery, instead of shop collection. But won't recommend this.

Collected in store, very friendly staff who confirmed I was happy with the order before taking away. My partner absolutely loved the cookies!

I ordered a cookie with writing of happy birthday and all the writing came smudged. It was a complete waste as the message was unreadable. I also wrote a note and it was only written on the same paper with details of my purchase.

Cookie wasn't delivered on nominated day, sent an email & given an excuse really as it has always been delivered as requested in the past, that is the idea of choosing a date. It said 5 days of freshness, however been delivered early,meant it was 4 days old before the recipient got it, to make matters worse, on opening, the icing was all smudged.

Always amazing, website is easy to use and the giant cookies are to die for! 🤤 delivery is always excellent too!
