Collected in store, very friendly staff who confirmed I was happy with the order before taking away. My partner absolutely loved the cookies!

The cookie cake ordered was great, amazing flavour and icing - son loved it. Only issue I had was trying to call the shop cause I was stuck in traffic and worried I’d miss the window to collect before the birthday party. Someone else had to collect on my behalf, but would have been useful for someone to answer the phone to avoid the panic I experienced!

Great product, tasted amazing. Staff were kind and helpful. There was a problem with the emails so the picture of the writing I chose was showing in a weird way. But it was sorted before the cookie cake was made.

This is the second time I’ve used the delivery option and again the cookie was damaged. Not a complaint against Millie’s, but I won’t be using the delivery option again, £6.99 for it to arrive damaged.
