Their reliable return/refund policy make it easier for me who hates shopping. I get into some of their fine jewelry and caftans. Taking a trip up north and I have something for everyone. I’m get some really cute items and I don’t have too many hassles. They’re knowledgeable and helpful and assist with the best intentions.

Might want to be cautious if doing the deferred payment plan option. one could end up paying $80 a month, towards a balance that looks pretty much the same on each bill. not to mention their jewelery is prone to tarnish which was surprising, because iv'e dollar store jewelery that has still maintained it's color. also may be helpful to know customer service is not available on weekends which is when working customers generally have the time to utilize.

Just recently ordered a second time from Midnight Velvet and again service was excellent. Item I ordered did not work for me so I had to return. They kept me informed by email and I had a credit which they mailed back to me. Nice on line company to do business with.

I have ordered several blouses and a few home decorator pieces here. Nice quality, no issues.
