I've given the Oak Lawn store my business for 9 years now and I may stop now. Because of incorrect measurements by new, inexperienced workers, they almost ruined my daughter's wedding. Even the kids suits didn't fit well. Last year, they forgot the Groom's shirt and tie and I was scrambling on the morning of the wedding and now this year it was worse. Hire and TRAIN those young kids properly! It's not okay just because you fixed a couple of guys the day before!

So my grandson and I went to pick up his tux on Wednesday, May 3rd, and they couldn't find it. We finally conclude that it had been sent to Alpharetta, GA. At first the manager said that they could get it to the Knoxville office where we were, by Friday or Saturday. My grandson's prom was that Friday night. In a panic, I decided to drive the 3 hour trip to the Georgia store to pick it up that night. The Knoxville manager was apologetic and said that the tux would be free. I called the Georgia store to let them know that I was on my way, and they insisted that they would overnight it to the Knoxville office, and it would be there by the next day at 2:30. Sure enough, it arrived the next morning by 10:30. It arrived. In time for the Prom. It was complete and everything fit. I was so grateful that they had made everything right, and even came back in the day after I picked it up, to go ahead and pay for the tux. The manager insisted that I not, and again apologized for the inconvenience. I am very impressed at how all of this was handled. I am so grateful for the management at the Alpharetto office. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use it again when my next grandson is ready for his prom. My only advice to the workers at these stores, and to us customers, is that in the future we always double check the pick up location. This was just an unfortunate mistake, that any of us can make. I had a tuxedo rental from here for a wedding I was in. The initial person who took my measurements was fine, but nothing after that was. When I went in to pick it up, the guy at the counter ignored me while talking to some other guy about his new car for like 5 minutes. When he finally gave me the tux, he disappeared for another 5-10 minutes to the front of the store. I thought there would be some kind of fit check, but he just walked away. Finally he wandered back to the fitting room area, seemingly confused as to why I was still back there, looked at me for two seconds and said "the guy did a great job." and that was the extent of that. The day of the wedding, we realized that every single one of us had a problem with our tux in some way. I had a sizeable hole just under the right pants pocket, and one of the adjustable clasps on the pants kept popping open all night. I hadn't noticed during my initial try-on since I was whisked out of the store so quickly. I can accept part of the blame for not being more thorough when I tried it on, but I was expecting the try-on to be more thorough than what I got. They're the experts in this scenario, so they should be pointing out what to check for to make sure it all fits correctly. Another groomsman also had a pretty large hole in one of his pockets. Two others said the measurement was completely wrong when they first went to pick theirs up. Initially we weren't even going to be able to pick up the rentals up until ONE DAY before the wedding according to the rental dashboard on their website, but the groom called them and suddenly we all got confirmation emails that the tuxes were ready for pickup about a week before the wedding. Overall, pretty bad experience. This wasn't restricted to one store either. One of us was coming from North Carolina, another from New Jersey, and the rest were different stores in Pennsylvania. If you are going to go here, just be aware that you will have to look out for yourself from start to finish. In my experience, this place will do the absolute bare minimum.

My son was invited to a sweet 16 dance in April 2023 and we needed a tuxedo. We called several stores and ended up with Men’s Wearhouse in katy off of fry road. We decided to rent one. Bradford was the manager at the store and he was extremely helpful. My son was fitted properly that day and two weeks later he went back to try the tuxedo that was ordered. The fitting went perfectly. My husband was so pleased that he bought wingtip shoes from there for my son. My husband was also very impressed by the store and the quality of clothing and items that they carry. Five stars out of 5 stars for us! Thank you Bradford and Mens Wearhouse.

We dealt with Joe Rosado at the Legacy Store in Palm Beach Gardens, and what a wonderful experience we had. He was the most helpful, patient, knowledgeable person we have done business with in long time. He made our visit easy and fun. If you go to that store, be sure to ask for Joe.
