So my grandson and I went to pick up his tux on Wednesday, May 3rd, and they couldn't find it. We finally conclude that it had been sent to Alpharetta, GA. At first the manager said that they could get it to the Knoxville office where we were, by Friday or Saturday. My grandson's prom was that Friday night. In a panic, I decided to drive the 3 hour trip to the Georgia store to pick it up that night. The Knoxville manager was apologetic and said that the tux would be free. I called the Georgia store to let them know that I was on my way, and they insisted that they would overnight it to the Knoxville office, and it would be there by the next day at 2:30. Sure enough, it arrived the next morning by 10:30. It arrived. In time for the Prom. It was complete and everything fit. I was so grateful that they had made everything right, and even came back in the day after I picked it up, to go ahead and pay for the tux. The manager insisted that I not, and again apologized for the inconvenience. I am very impressed at how all of this was handled. I am so grateful for the management at the Alpharetto office. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use it again when my next grandson is ready for his prom. My only advice to the workers at these stores, and to us customers, is that in the future we always double check the pick up location. This was just an unfortunate mistake, that any of us can make. The superheroes in this story are: The manager at the Georgia store the night of May 3rd, and Stephen, Brad, and Tom from the Knoxville, TN store.

My son was invited to a sweet 16 dance in April 2023 and we needed a tuxedo. We called several stores and ended up with Men’s Wearhouse in katy off of fry road. We decided to rent one. Bradford was the manager at the store and he was extremely helpful. My son was fitted properly that day and two weeks later he went back to try the tuxedo that was ordered. The fitting went perfectly. My husband was so pleased that he bought wingtip shoes from there for my son. My husband was also very impressed by the store and the quality of clothing and items that they carry. Five stars out of 5 stars for us! Thank you Bradford and Mens Wearhouse.

We dealt with Joe Rosado at the Legacy Store in Palm Beach Gardens, and what a wonderful experience we had. He was the most helpful, patient, knowledgeable person we have done business with in long time. He made our visit easy and fun. If you go to that store, be sure to ask for Joe. Pensacola store. Come in to buy a dress shirt. Walked out with 3 shirts. Tristan was great. I really liked his shirt and even though we couldn't find it, he found one similar for me. Tristan is the bomb. Great personality. Great style. Nice to see someone who enjoys his job. Will be coming back again. Tristan made my shopping experience good. I am normally a in and out shopper but he was just easy to deal with verses pushy salesman and l now have three awesome shirts.

I have worked in retail store operations for over 30 years. I normally, as with most customers, don’t make time to commend excellent customer service. However, I have made purchases at the 3209 oak view drive. Omaha, Ne location in the past 2 days. Employee: Sam G. Excellent top notch employee!!! Sam provided a wonderful experience on last 2 visits to Men’s Warehouse - 3209 oak view drive. Sam’s customer service, product knowledge and attention to detail were simply Amazing!!! A++++++++++ Sam is a Wonderful employee. Definitely an asset to Men’s Warehouse company!!!
