Matalan Tracking Order Status

Matalan are an absolute joke placed an order on 27th June I had ring numerous times to get them to cancel it took them a week and half then to find out they didn't do it so I spoke to this lovely gentleman called Ethan after I finished speaking to him he sorted it out and it was cancelled and refunded but I won't be using matalan online again id rather go in local store instead

I bought a pair of joggers and the quality was “okay” at best, obviously for the price you can’t complain but it’s a bit annoying, they don’t have a very wide selection either which is another drawback.

I recently went for a look around the shop, I found and bought 3 tops for the hot weather we had. Excellent quality as usual.

Went to Matalan with my Mother for my birthday to buy some trousers, found only a single pair that I liked but they didnt haver it in my size so I asked the memebr of staff if I could have one in my size but apparently Matalan doesnt stock other sizes in store that arent already on display so they advised me to go home and order what I Wanted online. I placed the order online which was dispatched to the Mataland store eventually (it took a while for the stock to become available) however they sent me the wrong size. I went back in to the store to replace the order in the CORRECT size to be told they couldnt do that in store so I could only get a refund there and palce a NEW order on their website to start the process over again. Needless to say I will be ordering my sclothes from a more reliable and convinient store. Very disappointed as a long time Matalan customer, will most likely nerver by from them again.

I bought navy soulux sports leggings, they are by far the best fit i have ever had. I have bought 3 more pairs.
