Matalan – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I recently went for a look around the shop, I found and bought 3 tops for the hot weather we had. Excellent quality as usual.

I bought navy soulux sports leggings, they are by far the best fit i have ever had. I have bought 3 more pairs.

I was in to get my click and collect at the Livingston store however I never received a email to say to collect. I came in on monday and a friendly staff member at the till point could not find this on their system. As I found it quite strange as this had been well over a week. She called a supervisor I think Zane was his name. He came and informed me that he will double check this. He concluded it was not scanned in correctly and they had my order in store. He resolved this quickly with brilliant customer service. Very nice to see such a friendly manner within staff. He also helped me carry my boxes to my car. Will definitely be back.

Went in Leytonstone store to return items and Naveed was so helpful. He went above and beyond even trying to find sizes for us. He then helped us at the tills, every time I have been in there he greets us with a smile which is very rare these days.....Well done

I bought an et vous jumpsuit from Matalan some months ago, it is by far the best item of clothing that I have ever bought! The fit, quality,fabric,are superb and I have had so many complements; I trained as a footwear designer and also make my own bespoke clothing for my own wear and must say that the jumpsuit is excellently made and as good as high end couture; well done Matalan !
