Made In Cookware Tracking Order Status

Love my Made In pans and I do have quite the collection by now. I have both non stick, stainless steel and a few carboon steel items (12" and wok). I'm UK based so sometimes ordering and shipping can take a bit longer than expected, which you need to be aware of. Often it's quicker than what I expect :) My greatest experience was yesteray when I used my carbon steel pan for the first time and probably managed to overheat it as the stove was too hot and it warped quite badly. I was gutted and contacted support to see if they could fix it, but they said there's a lifetime warranty and they are already sending me a new one. Love you Made In

I Bought an eight inch non stick frying pan. The frying surface is six inches. I tried to return the pan. The process is very difficult and took five minutes (not like Amazon) and they charged me an $11 return fee. Made In fails on all counts.

We ordered a set of 3 pans for delivery to the UK. They lost the order and they arrived after 2 months and lots of chasing. When they did, the non-stick coating started to peel off within a month. Apparently this is because we put it in the dishwasher. This voided our warranty. I'm sure the people who work at this company are honest and diligent - and they have been unfailingly courteous. It's just that the product and the logistics are not worth the substantial investment

I have made 16 purchases from Made In over the last 4 years. Everything was top quality, functional design and reasonable pricing. I have especially loved the Tom Colicchio carbon skillet ... the size, pre-seasoning and heft of the carbon steel make this skillet the best i have. Its great that Made In takes on special projects that have limited availability ... they do not just focus on products that have wide appeal.

The quality of their cookware and the level of customer care they provide have won me over, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in search of top-notch kitchen supplies.
