Made In Cookware – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Love my Made In pans and I do have quite the collection by now. I have both non stick, stainless steel and a few carboon steel items (12" and wok). I'm UK based so sometimes ordering and shipping can take a bit longer than expected, which you need to be aware of. Often it's quicker than what I expect :) My greatest experience was yesteray when I used my carbon steel pan for the first time and probably managed to overheat it as the stove was too hot and it warped quite badly. I was gutted and contacted support to see if they could fix it, but they said there's a lifetime warranty and they are already sending me a new one. Love you Made In

Nonstick started pealing in a month on pots. About a year all pots are pelelig off. I notified the company. They did nothing. I told them I would purchase their stainless steel with credit for the nonstick. They would not do it. 500 set of cookware that is awful. Stay away unless they can get more. Customer friendly. You have to be able to back your product at that price. I tried to add pics.

I have made 16 purchases from Made In over the last 4 years. Everything was top quality, functional design and reasonable pricing. I have especially loved the Tom Colicchio carbon skillet ... the size, pre-seasoning and heft of the carbon steel make this skillet the best i have. Its great that Made In takes on special projects that have limited availability ... they do not just focus on products that have wide appeal.

I think they improved their customer support, because for me it was flawless and they were very helpful. So if you're reading old comments, you should ignore them and give MadeIn a shot, their products are great and customer support is excellent. I've ordered a 12" carbon steel pan, and when it arrived, I realised that it was too big for my cooktop. So I've contacted them and they offered me a refund my money or to change my pan to a smaller one. Everything was done very quickly
