Amika Tracking Order Status

I almost didn't order from Amika given the shocking reviews on Trustpilot. However, I couldn't fault my experience. I ordered the Jumbo Waver about 9pm on 15th December and it arrived before 12 noon the following morning. I was kept informed of the delivery and the item was as described. I can only guess that some of the bad reviews are because Amika doesn't actively email asking customers to leave a review so perhaps the only people who can be bothered to do so are the few who have had a bad review.

All the people saying they love amika just haven’t dealt with their customer service luckily. I would love amika too. Pretty much they’re good affordable products that can give you the desired effect you’re looking for. My blow dryer brush was really great but after just under a year started smoking and smelt like it was burning. Customer service is average, filled out a warranty claim about a month ago still haven’t heard back. Contacted customer service again today she said they’d be with you ‘shortly’.. clearly we have contrasting ideas surrounding the word ‘shortly’ but oh well. Just buy a dyson

Loyal Amika customer here. Don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve been ordering from Amika for years and have always been satisfied with their products. My orders usually arrive within a week, correctly fulfilled and packaged well and never had a reason to contact customer service. Love Amika!

Ordered the High Tide Deep Waver from an Amika retailer. While I'm impressed by the waver itself, for the price paid (£80) I'd have expected some kind of storage mat/bag or a heat proof mat at the very least. It's not the easiest thing in the world to store! I also wasn't able to register for my warranty as the warranty page demanded a US phone number, not great when you sell your products worldwide. The waver itself gives beautiful results but takes a bit of practice!
