Ordered two mats and want to return one of them. I’ve reached out to customer service and was speaking with Flo who told me there is a $7 return shipping fee and then an additional $20 fee because I removed the paper wrapping to see the mat (this charge is excessive - it’s literally a paper wrapper with a sticker). All of a sudden Flo just stopped responding. There is no way to process a return on their website - you have to manually contact them. I’ve never seen a legitimate company operate like this. So disappointed in the customer service. Even though I like the mat - it’s super grippy which is what I wanted, I will never be ordering from this company again and can’t in good faith recommend it to my students and fellow yogis.

Don't waste your money on this mat. Yes - it's incredible as soon as you break it in and use it (months 2-6) but it *very* quickly builds up stink and loses its grip (months 6-9). I found that mine started to really fall apart after about 10 months of consistent hot yoga practice and following Liforme's cleaning guidelines. Based on the stink and the deterioration, I had to stop using it. Speaking of guidelines... the 'guide lines' printed on the mat kinda messed up my form rather than helping it as I was trying to always hit the lines on the mat vs what my body was trying to do. So actually not as helpful as one would think. I'm fine spending $200+ on a mat and I'm fine buying a mat every year. But I'm not fine spending $200+ on a mat every year. I switched off Liforme to a B-Mat and have found the same level of grip at less than half the price. Don't waste your money on this mat. You'll love it and then be equally, if not more disappointed when it starts to bubble and break down.

Customer services were helpful and did resolve my problem. Gutted I ordered another mat due to having problems while placing the order. I will definitely be ordering a Liforme mat when I require a new yoga/Pilates mat.

Update - received second order 16/03/2023. Thank-you very much Flo for sorting my issue out Liforme, I think your UK staff are swamped and you need more (particularly during a sale period). They are actually very helpful but just don’t seem to have the time to reply to customer service issues. I think quality control also needs improvement. ********************************************** Edited to update that I was refunded yesterday (14/03/2023) after posting this review and contacting Liforme by all social media channels; thank-you. Call me crazy but I have actually ordered another mat because I love them…hopefully a better experience this time 🤞 ********************************************** I love my original Liforme mat and ordered another 09/02/2023 which unfortunately arrived marked and damaged. When I contacted Liforme they suggested I deep clean it. I didn’t like the thought of a wasted mat and so I was prepared to try and clean but when you spend £110 on a mat, you expect it to arrive in perfect condition. At first I wasn’t offered any discount but when I contacted them again, I was offered 10% discount or to return the mat. I decided to return for a replacement but I’m still waiting for a refund or replacement mat. I have emailed several times and now emails are being returned undelivered. When customer service send very delayed replies, Rosa has been polite and helpful, but there has been absolutely no action.

Signed up for their 15% teacher discount. Code came through for 5%. Emailed to question this but no response. Went ahead and bought mat anyway. £110 mat turned up marked and with indents. Emailed them with pictures asking for either partial refund or exchange. Offered me 15% off. This was what I shouldve had anyway. Said no thanks please provide return label. No response. 3 follow up emails and still no response. Considering trading standards
