Lazada SG Tracking Order Status

Been buying from them a few times, they have a wide range of products where I can choose. When I buy products from online platform, I would compare their prices at least 2 platforms. Usually, I would choose who offers the lowest price. There are a few products which I bought from them and their price is lower compared with other platform. Hopefully, they can continue to be in this way.

Ordered Iona 10 L Oven Toaster from Lazada - 30.9.24. 10x facemasks delivered via SingPost in letterbox box - 9.10.24. Seller refused to reply queries. Complained to Lazada/requests for refund. Lazada Hotline unable to help/no follow up/every day different Agent. Requests to speak to Supervisor/Manager denied/not free. Promised will call when free. Still waiting for refund/ No Call from Supervisor or Manager. 17.10.24 - Lazada cancelled *Return/Refund.* Money not returned. Called Hotline again/Agent said will escalate up. Complained / No use. No Supervisor around. No Email to Complain. 18.10.24 - Filed a Police Report. Contacted by Investigating Officer for more clarifications. 22.10.24 Tuesday - Lazada return money to Lazada Cash/Wallet. Must use within 1 month. Lazada Voucher, Coins used for Oven Toaster forfeited. OK with me as /already wasted a lot of my time. Do not want to waste more. Lazada cash *cannot withdraw*. Got to use it to buy from *Lazada or Red Mart.* Used it to buy 1 dozen Brand Essence of Chicken from RedMart / Free Delivery for first time.

I ordered, side table it was chipped at the side , Lazada customer service staff Anna was very patient and helpful ,she is very efficient and done all the refunded in full amount to me in less than 2 days appreciated her help.

everything was as on the description, love my new device, giving 4 because there was 1 day of delay, not heart breaking. Will order again.

I just want to ask. Do you guys think if someone unrelated to lazada will win the condo for 11.11 lucky draw? How sure are we this is genuine?
