Lazada SG – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered, side table it was chipped at the side , Lazada customer service staff Anna was very patient and helpful ,she is very efficient and done all the refunded in full amount to me in less than 2 days appreciated her help.

everything was as on the description, love my new device, giving 4 because there was 1 day of delay, not heart breaking. Will order again.

Surprised by the many bad reviews. I purchased from the Lazmall platform quite a few times and they were all very very good. Maybe because I choose to purchase only from authorized shops on Lazmall that are more dependable.

Definitely a place where i will shop. Not sure why the many bad rating. Just read the commend and you'll be fine. It is safe to buy from Lazada.

Today we had a delivery scheduled for 7-9 pm. We did not hear the doorbell or the calls until customer service called a third time. When I finally opened the door the delivery guy was about to leave. He had changed the status of the system to customer not responding so was not allowed by the system to deliver even though he was right there. DP Francis however was great and agreed to wait 5 minutes ( even though he had other deliveries) till we clarified the situation with customer service and got our items. This was great customer service from Mr Francis and I would like to bring to Lazada’s attention to this.
