I purchased the LP4 less than a month ago. I want to start a jewelry business and I nkew the LP4 would be a great plus. Before buying it though, I had a lot of questions, about the machine itself, about it's functioning, and about how it would make it safely to Chile, where I am from. Thanks to Camille, from pre sale services, all my inquires well answered. She is the best, super patuent, answering my questions in time, helping me with the ligistics of it all. She was reassuring, professional, extremely helpful and very clear in giving advice. I really appreciate a company that WANTS to help people even after purchasing something from them. We were in contact through the whole time, even after the machine landed in Chile. This laser pecker 4 is an excellent choice For laser engraving the build quality it brilliant The packaging is excellent The product is fantastic this machine will engrave most materials I have tried on most materials and I give it 100% the quality it brilliant I would recommend it
