I purchased the LP4 less than a month ago. I want to start a jewelry business and I nkew the LP4 would be a great plus. Before buying it though, I had a lot of questions, about the machine itself, about it's functioning, and about how it would make it safely to Chile, where I am from. Thanks to Camille, from pre sale services, all my inquires well answered. She is the best, super patuent, answering my questions in time, helping me with the ligistics of it all.
